Yes. Post #100 has arrived. And here it is, in all it’s glory. The centennial post. Fireworks and fanfares. Yeah, that’s right, I’ve really got nothing to say. I have been thinking about the big 100 for the last couple of days, and coming up blank as to what it could be about. And then the blank just became more blank, and I realized that I really just needed to get it out of the way. Move on to 101 – there’s much less pressure with 101. Hmmm, feels like an anticlimax right now. Um. Ooooh, I could share with you a blog I found the other day. You may know it already, but if not, it’s certainly worth adding to your daily sites.

The premise? Well, Garfield is a funny comic strip, right? Well, OK, it’s not the funniest thing in the world, but someone figured out how to make it funnier – remove Garfield. The result? A hilarious comic strip about a weird schizophrenic guy living on his own, dealing with depression and loneliness. Click on the example below to treat yourself with hundreds more, then check back every day for new ‘Garfield without Garfield’.

  1. Calvin and Hobbes is clearly the best comic strip ever. And I hate the ones that are like soap operas and not at all funny. They are lame.

  2. OK…I actually laughed out loud at your re-touched strip..and I have not laughed out loud about Garfield for at least 10 years. Well done, Eddie. Please keep these coming.

  3. OK..check this site out :

You will never look at Batman comics in the same way again..assuming that you ever looked at them before.

  4. I will admit that it has been a LONG time since I looked at a Batman comic, but that link is hilarious.
